PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To transmit large torque by adopting two intermediate rollers to a transmission. SOLUTION: A circular space is not varied in its width in a circumferential direction because a center roller 7 and an outer ring 9 are eccentrically arranged in respect to each other. A pair of intermediate rollers 12a, 12b are arranged between the center roller 7 and the outer ring 9. One roller 12a are arranged displaceably in circumferential direction of the circular space 10, while on the other hand the other roller 12b is fixed. A center axis O7 of the center roller 7 and center axes O12a, Ol2b of the intermediate rollers 12a, 12b are located substantially on the same straight line when power is transmitted between the center roller 7 and the outer ring 9. Power in the pushing direction is not applied from the intermediate rollers 12a, 12b to the center roller 7, for solving various problems.
