PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain reduction driving on the output side compared to the input side rotational speed by inputting rotation parameters from the output side by self actuation, to a planetary gear constitution. SOLUTION: In this sun-gear self reversing self-actuated automatic continuously variable reduction gear, a planetary gear is composed of a planetary gear part having a pair of pinion gears 2, 3, a planetary gear support frame 5, a ring gear 4, and a sun gear 1. The sun gear 1 is driven in the direction opposite to the input direction of the input side planetary gear support frame 5 by means of an output side drive shaft 6. Reduction gear drive of the ring gear 4 in the input direction is thus obtained by such length that the gear number of the sun gear 1 (circumferential length) and the input driving gear number of the sun gear 1 (driving length) are subtracted from the input length through input direction revolving drive of the pinion gears 2, 3.
