摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent breakage by heat stress and heat dispersion by setting the heat conductivity of a base material provided under a heating part to a prescribed range. SOLUTION: The heat conductivity of a heating element base plate 2 is set to within 30-180 W/m.k (25 deg.C). If using the heating element base plate 2 of heat conductivity 30 W/m.k (25 deg.C), the temperature in a part where the heating element 10 and a heating element holder 7 are brought in contact with each other is uniformly, approximately 255 deg.C so that a margin of the heating element holder 7 relative to the melting can be secured to some extent. When using a hating element basic plate 2 of the heat conductivity 180 W/m.k (25 deg.C) for sequentially passing three paper sheets, the temperature of the heating element 10 itself is uniformly, approximately 290 deg.C. Then, the heat resistance temperature of the heating element holder 7 used is 300 deg.C, the margin is considerably reduced, however, it is within the non-melting level so that it is usable.
