PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a heat treatment process information processor adaptable to a large scale heat treatment system without losing an abnormality monitoring function for monitoring the abnormality of a heat treatment process. SOLUTION: Process data expressing the heat treatment states of plural heat treatment equipment 2 to 7 are time-sequentially detected and stored in a 1st storage means 12a and the identification(ID) data of targets to be subjected to heat treatment are made to correspond to work data including heat treatment equipment ID data and heat treatment date data and stored in a 2nd storage means 13a. The information processor is provided with a 1st information processing means 12 for executing an abnormality monitoring program in a heat treatment process on the basis of these stored process data and a 2nd information processing means 13 for allowing the process data to correspond to the work data on the basis of the stored process data and work data. The work data are read out from the 2nd storage means 13a by the 2nd information means 13 without using the 1st information processing means 12.
