PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a film unit with a lens capable of preventing the rear surface side of film from being scratched and reducing load in feeding the film in the case of feeding the film. SOLUTION: This film unit with a lens is equipped with a unit main body 1 where a photographic picture frame 1c for forming a photographic picture by exposing unexposed film by a photographing lens and curved to the photographing lens side, an unexposed film chamber in which the unexposed film is previously housed in a production stage and an exposed film chamber 1b which are provided on either side and the other side in a state where the frame 1c is put in between are formed, a front cover covering over the main body 1 and a rear cover with which a pressing plate part 3a covering over the main body 1, shielding the film from light and pressing the back surface of the film is integrated. In the film unit with a lens, the shape of the wall surface of the rear cover 3 forming a feeding path where the film is fed toward the exposed film chamber 1b is continuous gentle form where a level difference does not exist in a direction parallel with the optical axis of the photographing lens between the position of an unexposed film chamber 3c and the frame 1c.
