PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately and efficiently manufacture products with the injection forming method without generating burr. SOLUTION: In this method of manufacturing separator for fuel cell, a packing material formed of a silicone resin layer 5 is formed at a peripheral edge of at least one surface of a metal thin plate 2 by the injection forming. The surface of the metal thin plate on the side to be formed with the silicone resin layer 5 is previously provided with a resin thin film layer 7 having elasticity, and the metal thin plate 2 is set in a movable die 12 of a die, and the resin thin film layer 7 is tightly pushed to the fixed die side for closing, and the silicone resin 6 is injected into a cavity 3 formed by the resin thin film layer and the pushed fixed die so as to form a silicone resin layer in at least one surface of the metal thin plate 2. |
