PURPOSE: A plasma display for radio frequency is provided to enhance the light efficiency. CONSTITUTION: A plasma display for radio frequency comprises an address electrode(34), a scan electrode(38), the second dielectric(40), a guard film(42), a partition(44), a fluorescent material(46) and an RF electrode(48). The address electrode(34) is formed on the top of a top substrate(32). The scan electrode(38) is formed on the top of the first dielectric(36) in order to be orthogonal with the address electrode(34). The scan electrode(38) is formed on the top of the first dielectric(36). The second dielectric(40) is formed on the top of the scan electrode(38). The partition(44) is formed on the top of guard film(42) perpendicularly and divides the respective discharge cells. Also, the partition(44) has the isometrical length from cross point of the scan electrode(38) and the RF electrode(48). The fluorescent material(46) is spreaded on interior wall of partition(44) and generates the light beam. The RF electrode(48) is formed on the top of bottom substrate(50) and applies the RF signal.
