NOISE ABATEMENT CELLULAR-ALUMINIUM-PANEL THAT HAS RESONANCE STRUCTURE

PURPOSE: A cellular aluminium panel that has a resonance structure for noise abatement is provided to absorb noise and improve durability, and to be light weight by using cellular aluminium. CONSTITUTION: A cellular aluminium panel comprises the steps of; manufacturing a cellular aluminium panel(10); converting a closed air void of cellular aluminium into an opened air void(12); forming resonance space(40) in the cellular aluminium panel. The manufacturing method for a cellular aluminium panel comprises the steps of; inserting the aluminium metal into the mold that has a heater and an agitator, and melting; injecting viscosity increasing agent; and adding gas-forming agent to forming air voids. The method that converts the closed air void into an opened air void is pressing the cellular aluminium with enough rolling reduction so that the cellular aluminium is reduced in thickness. The resonance spaces are formed by inserting numerous lateral members(42) in between cellular aluminium panel regularly and then bonding.
