PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method in which a hapten compound can be measured simply, with high specificity and in a short time. SOLUTION: A process wherein an immunoreaction container to which a hapten-protein complex is adsorbed physically so as to be precoated by bringing the hapten-protein complex into contact with an insoluble carrier is used a monochlonal antibody with reference to the hapten-protein complex precoated on the immunoreaction container is made to react and an antigen-antibody reaction complex is formed is contained. A process wherein an enzyme-labeled antibody which reacts by making use of a monochlonal antibody reacting with a hapten compound as an antigen is put into the immunoreaction container so as to be incubated and the enzyme-labeled antibody with reference to the monoclonal antibody reacting with the hapten-protein complex precoated on the immunoreaction container is made to react so as to be bonded is contained.
