PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make good bearing balance obtainable with a simple constitution. SOLUTION: A bearing part 12a of protruding shape and a bearing part 12b of a circular shape adjacent in the axial direction with a clearance between a shaft member and a bearing member 12 made almost equal over the total periphery are arranged, so as to provide a constitution combining the bearing part 12a of protruding shape and the bearing part 12b of circular shape having a different bearing characteristic from each other. In this way, both the bearing characteristics of these bearing parts 12a, 12b can be suitably balanced, for instance, shaft rigidity and loss torque which are a characteristic opposite to each other can be set to an optimum condition, corresponding to the condition of use.
