PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To decrease manufacturing cost by enabling to be easily mounted to and removed from a round bar-like member and decreasing the number of part items and man-hours for assembly. SOLUTION: This clamping device is provided with a first clamp member 2 comprising a clamping part 2a, a second clamp member 3 comprising a clamping part 3a, a connecting mechanism 7 for connecting the basal ends of two clamp member 2, 3 so as to be displaceable and make the clamping parts 2a, 3a of the clamp member 2, 3 approach to or recede from each other counterposed to each other, and a lever 4 turnably provided in the connecting mechanism 7. The device is made, such that the clamping parts 2a, 3a of the two clamp members 2, 3 are to be closed and opened, when the lever 4 is positioned at a first and a second turning positions, respectively.
