PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a mobile radio terminal by which a user can make conversation with a communication opposite party, without troubling people in the surrounding due to voice uttered. SOLUTION: A recording control means 101a records a voice of a user picked up through a microphone to a reply voice data storage area 60a in cross- reference with a key of an operation section 50, accepts entry of text data through the operation section 50 which are in matching with the recording control and records the data to a reply text data storage area 60b. A reproduction control means 106b reads the voice stored in the reply voice data storage area 60a in response to a key operation of the operation section 50, allows a speaker to output the voice and transmits the data to a communication opposite party as a transmission voice. Furthermore, the control means 100b reads text data, corresponding to the voice of the user that are read from the reply text data storage area 60b and displays the data on a display section 30.
