PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate connecting work of a flexible cable and a lead block or connecting work of an inside connector and the lead block even if the number of conductors arranged in the flexible cable is increased. SOLUTION: Lead blocks 60, 61 connected to the end of a flexible cable 50 and held in the specified position of a housing are constituted with a body part 62, an extended terminal part, and a conductor extended part 64 capable of conducting bending work, and a connecting part 62b of the flexible cable 50 is formed only in the body part 62. The specified number of connecting terminals 60a is dispersed and arranged in the body part 62 and the extended terminal part. By constituting like this, a conductor carried in the flexible cable 50 is connected to a conductor 65 held in the lead blocks 60, 61 without dividing the end of the flexible cable 50. The total number of the connecting terminals 60a can be increased without increasing the number of the lead blocks to handle multi-circuit formation of a rotary connector.
