PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable an immediate relief in an emergency by providing a button which is connected to a police station, fire station or security company by pressing it and can report a present position. SOLUTION: An antenna 2 is provided at the upper end of a main body 1. Besides, a display panel 3 is provided on the surface of the main body 1 and number buttons 4, 4... and other function buttons are arranged at prescribed intervals. Then, a '110' button 5 and a '119' button 6 are arranged on the downside of the display panel 3 while being paired. Therefore, when the '110' button 5 is pressed, the police station is connected and when the '119' button 6 is pressed, the fire station is connected. In this case, the '110' button 5 is colored in red and the '119' button 6 is colored in yellow so as to not to make a mistake and respectively independently provided. Besides, these buttons are not exposed on the surface of the main body 1 while being distinguished from the other number buttons 4, 4... or function buttons so as not to be erroneously pressed. Further, when these buttons are pressed, the place of occurrence can be reported by a built-in navigation function.
