PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To display a large quantity of measured data to be observed when testing traveling of a train in comparison with at least one of the position and speed of the train. SOLUTION: When a central measuring unit 40 for vehicle for receiving the measured data from plural measuring instruments 32 receives the measured data, the unit 40 detects the measuring instrument 32, which transmits the measured data, converts the received measured data to distribution data composed of the reception time data of the measured data, the measured data and the identification data of the measuring instrument or the like, and transmits the converted data by a broadcasting system or the like. When the distribution data are received, measuring terminal equipment 44 for vehicle detects the identification information of the measuring instrument from the received distribution data and judges whether the received distribution data are distribution data to be displayed by the equipment itself or not. When the received distribution data are distribution data to be displayed by the equipment itself, these data are displayed in real time in comparison with data on the position and speed of the train.
