PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the reference voltage circuit which operates with a low source voltage and outputs a reference voltage with constant temperature characteristic by controlling the current values of a 1st and a 2nd constant current source, outputting a current having a value proportional to the current value of the 1st or 2nd constant current source, and converting the voltage of the output current and obtaining the reference output voltage. SOLUTION: The two collector currents of a transistor(TR) Q3 (1st constant current source) and a TR Q4 (2nd constant current source) are controlled through a differential amplifier (AMP) so that the terminal voltage across a resistance R2 and the terminal voltage across a resistance R3 become equal to each other. The current having the current value proportional to the current value of the 1st or 2nd constant current source is outputted and its voltage is converted to obtain the reference output voltage VREF. Thus, the reference voltage output is obtained by converting the voltage of the reference current having arbitrary temperature characteristics, so the operating voltage of the circuit is decreased below 1V.
