PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively utilize storage power of a battery that always remains due to decrease in a discharge rate. SOLUTION: A system 11 is provided with a battery 17 for storing power, that is connected to a power distribution system where a load 12 is connected to a commercial power supply 13 via a converter 16 and levels power, to reduce a peak power by supplying storage power of the battery 17 to the load 12. In this case, the battery 17 is also used as an emergency power supply to discharge remaining storage power by reducing the discharge rate. |
