PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize high speed data transfer by removing reflection from a branch point of a high speed bus. SOLUTION: Four LSIs having constant impedance interfaces are mutually connected by two variable resistors 1, 2 each of which has three signal terminals and a variable impedance LSI is connected between the resistors 1, 2. When the LSIs connected to the resistors 1, 2 do not drive the bus, the resistance value of each register is Y connected among three terminals at 1/3 the impedance Zo of wiring, and when the LSIs connected to the resistors 1, 2 drive the bus, the resistance values of both the resistors 1, 2 are varied to low impedance Zo. Consequently a reflected wave is removed and high speed data transfer can be realized.
