PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a manufacturing cost by reducing number of components, and decreasing number of assembling steps. SOLUTION: The inclination sensor 21 comprises a printed board 22 having surface-like electrodes 23, 24 provided thereon, a common electrode 21 mounted to be opposed to the electrodes 23, 24 of the board 22 and having oil reservoirs 27c at sites corresponding to the electrodes 23 and 24, and further a rivet-shaped fixing portion 27c integral with the electrode 21 to fix the electrode 27 to the board 22.
