PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To satisfactorily cool a stator. SOLUTION: A stator 22 is constituted by attaching a stator iron core 24 to the peripheral face of a fixing shaft 23, and also to a mounting stator wiring 25. A pair of ventilatable bearing brackets 28 and 29 are provided rotatably via bearings 26 and 27, which are positioned on both sides of the stator 22 on the rotary shaft 23, and a rotor 30 is attached to these bearing brackets 28 and 29. A guide member 33 is cylindrical as a whole, and its one end is attached concentrically to the inner face of an inner annular rib 28b of the bearing bracket 28, and an opening 33b at the other end surrounds the periphery of one end of the stator winding 25. The guide member 34 is similarly attached to the bearing bracket 29.
