PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To arbitrarily change resistance and a wiring connection by a method wherein pads which have a possibility of changing their connection are arranged adjacent as far as possible, and the pads are bonded and connected or the pads and a wiring pattern and bonded and connected. SOLUTION: Resistance between a point A and a point B is decided by a first resistor 2 which is connected to a transistor 10 as a part of an internal circuit, and a square pad 1a is used. Then, when the resistance is to be reduced, an interconnection 3a which is connected to the first resistor 2, and a half opened pad 4a connected to a second resistor 5 are bonded and connected with a shaded part C. The pad 1a and the pad 4a are arranged close as far as possible. Resistance between the point A and the point B is made equal to the parallel resistance of the first resistor 2 and the second resistor 5. As a result, resistance and a wiring connection can be changed arbitrarily.
