PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a sense of incompatibility on acoustic feeling when coded algorithm is switched by estimating and outputting output data from the reception signal before the change of the signal type and the inner state of a coded portion, decoding the reception signal after the change of the signal type, and switching it to a reception signal output after the change of the signal type. SOLUTION: An interpolation instruction is fed to a voice decode section 91 for a delay time by a delay circuit after a reception signal is changed to voice band data from voice, and an interpolation instruction is fed to voice band data decode section 92 for the same delay time after the reception signal is changed to voice from the voice band data. A control signal is fed to a switch 93 at the same delay time than the control signal indicating whether the reception signal from a cell separation section 8 is the voice signal or the voice band signal. If the control signal from a decode side action controller 30 is kept in an interpolation process instruction state, the voice decode section 91 and the voice band data decode section 92 estimate and output the subsequent output PCM signals. |
