The specification describes a dispenser for a gas borne or droplet active agent which has a kink valve. The valve has: (i) a valve inlet (ii) a valve outlet (iii) a flexible tube extending between the inlet and the outlet , The valve operates in such a way that when the tube is kinked the valve is closed and when the tube is unkinked the valve is open allowing flow of active substance from a reservoir to a mouthpiece. The reservoir and mouthpiece are conventional design. |
