PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small cam follower to facilitate assembly and reduce lost. SOLUTION: A shell type roller bearing 10 is attached to the end part of a shaft 1. The shell type roller bearing 10 is constituted such that a roller 13 is incorporated between an outer ring shell 11 and an inner ring shell 12 pressed in the shaft 1. In-flanges 15a and 15b are situated at the outer end of the outer ring shell 11. An out-flange 16 axially opposite to the inner surface of the in-flange 15b situated at the inner end of the outer ring shell 11 is formed at the inner end of the inner ring shell 12, and the shell type roller bearing 10 is formed in a non-separation state. Assembly of the cam follower forms assembly effected such that only the inner ring shell 12 is pressed in the shaft 1, resulting in facilitation of assembly. |
