PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lamp device allowing welding a conducting wire and a mouthpiece with a comparatively easy constitution and having higher strength in the welded part and to provide its manufacturing method. SOLUTION: This lamp device has a lamp body, an eyelet 32 electrically connected to a first conducting wire W1, and a shell electrically connected to a second conducting wire, a mouthpiece 12 attached to the lamp body, and a welding part 32e formed in a protruding manner by mixing materials of the eyelet 32 and the first conducting wire W1 by welding the eyelet 32 and the first conductive wire W1 via melting process of them.
