PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a stop valve for cable duct which cannot be removed freely by a third person by employing such a structure as the stop valve can be tightened or loosened only through use of a dedicated jig. SOLUTION: The stop valve A comprises a pair of press members 2, 3 arranged on the opposite sides of a bolt shaft 1, an annular elastic rubber 4 sandwiched between both press members 2, 3, and a tightening nut 5 screwed from the rear end part 1b of the bolt shaft 1 wherein the elastic rubber 4 is pressed to expand and adhere to the inner circumferential surface of a duct C. The stop valve A further comprises a handle body 7 coupled with the tightening nut 5 and extending axially outward from the rear end part 1b of the bolt shaft 1 to the opening 7d. A lock nut 8 comprising a circular cap nut following the tightening nut 5 of the bolt shaft 1 is screwed into the handle body 7 and a plurality of engaging holes 9 for a tightening/loosening jig are provided in the rear end face of the lock nut 8. |
