PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To made a device compact and to shorten a warming up time. SOLUTION: An intermediate burner 26 is provided at a latter stage of a reforming apparatus 23. A helical evaporation piping 42 is installed in a connection piping 41 for connecting a starting burner 25 and the reforming apparatus 23. A fuel feeding tube 43 for burning is connected to one end of the evaporation piping 42 and a vapor piping 44 is connected to the other end thereof. The vapor piping 44 passes through the reforming apparatus 23 extends to an outlet side of the reforming apparatus 23 along a center axis. When methanol is fed to the evaporation piping 42, the methanol is evaporated by an excess heat of the starting burner 25 to become a fuel vapor. The methanol is distributed in the vapor piping 44 while it is previously heated and is sprayed to the intermediate burner 26. The fuel vapor sprayed and an excess air in the burning gas fed from the starting burner 25 through the reforming apparatus 23 are burned to produce a burning gas and warms up an instrument disposed at a latter stage. |
