PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic adjustment temperature sensor adaptable to displacement of a member. SOLUTION: A probe 85 is provided, at the forward end thereof, with an electric temperature sensor 89 and produces an output signal indicative of the temperature at the body part being monitored by the sensor 89 under a state where the probe 85 touches the body part. Since the probe 85 is contained slidably in the hole 86 of a housing 80 and clearance fitted to the hole 86, the probe 85 moves only along the axis of the hole 86. Threaded part 81 of the housing 80 engages the threaded part 82 of a supporting member adjacent to the body part. Since a first stopper 91 is fixed and a compression spring 92 acts between the first stopper 91 and the housing 8, the probe 85 is urged to touch the body part. Since a second stopper 96 is fixed, the probe 85 does not pass through the housing 80. |
