摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solar battery apparatus which has a function of controlling the output discharging rate according to the charging rate to a battery, long-term charging and discharging record data stored in a storage means, and functions of assuring operation and maintaining reliability. SOLUTION: The output of a solar battery 2 charges a battery 4 by a charge control means 3a. Here, the charging voltage of the battery 4 is detected by a charging rate detecting means 3b. Moreover, a discharging rate detecting means 3c detects the discharging rate of the battery 4. Detected analog signals are supplied to an arithmetic deciding means 3e via an external interface(IF) means 3d. The microcomputer of the deciding means 3e controls the whole of a discharging rate controller 3, performs processing along with various kinds of appropriate command signals suitable for the load of a storage means 3f, and outputs a control signal to a discharge control means 3i. In addition, various kinds of present command signals and results of control in the past of a control element are stored in the storage means 3f in the order with respect to time series. A control signal to the control means 3i for controlling the output discharging rate to a load according to a charging rate to the battery, controls a discharge output means 3k and supplies power required by the load 5.</p>
