PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a superconducting quantum interference device(SQUID) which is small and highly sensitive and detects multi-input signals, related to a SQUID used for measuring minute current signal. SOLUTION: This SQUID has only one driving circuit as an input coil 3 is provided with a plurality of input terminals, resulting in a smaller detecting system. Related to the number of wirings, only the number of input signal terminals 7 increases when compared to an SQUID9 of single channel, so that heat intrusion from wiring is suppressed, resulting in reduced cooling cost. A plurality of input coils 3 insulated electrically each other are formed on a washer coil 2, and magnetic-coupled respectively, for suppressing interference between channels. Thus, the SQUID 9 detects a plurality of signals.
