PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnetic shield device wherein a plurality of cylinders where a square magnetic thin band is wound around a cylinder with both ends opened are used to minimize leakage of magnetic shaking magnetic-field, while a high magnetic shield effect is provided in both radial and axial direction with a large magnetic shield ratio. SOLUTION: Around at least a first cylinder, started from the innermost one, among a plurality of cylinders with both ends opened which are concentrically arranged, a square magnetic thin band is helically wound and fitted for a high shield effect to the magnetic field in the radial direction of the cylinder, with coils 14, 24, and 34 for the flow of magnetic shaking current wound as well. A square magnetic thin band is so fixed on a first, at least, cylinder (started from the outermost one) that its longitudinal direction is parallel to the axial line of the line of the cylinder, so that a high shield effect is provided to the magnetic field in the axial direction of the cylinder, with a coil for the flow of the magnetic shaking current wound as well.
