PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To elevate the reliability on cooling efficiency without such nonconformity that the cooling fan part is deformed or that it comes off a magnetic flux converging piece even at use under overload, by providing the magnetic flux converging piece with the cooling fan part and uniting them. SOLUTION: In the rotor of a motor where a rotary part is made by press- fitting a magnetic flux converging piece 8 for covering the magnetic flux of an iron core 4 on a rotary shaft 7 and a cooling fan 6 is engaged with the rotary part, the magnetic flux converging piece 8 is provided with the cooling fan 6 integrally. Moreover, the magnetic flux converging piece 8 is made of magnetic material favorable in extensibility, so it is excellent in processability, and the cooling fan in complicated form is also easy to manufacture. Accordingly, there is no nonconformity such as that the cooling fan 6 is deformed or comes off the magnetic flux converging piece 8, so that reliability on the cooling efficiency can be raised. Moreover, the manufacture of the motor performed in the manufacture process of the attachment of the magnetic flux converging piece 8, the winding of a coil, and the formation of the cooling fan 8, but the order of manufacture processes does not matter.
