PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To quickly and easily connect respective wire ends of coils to lead wires. SOLUTION: A pair of flanges 24 and 25 are formed on both the ends of a winding barrel 23. A draw-out passage 26, through which a wire end 22s on a winding start side is drawn out, a square-cylindrical housing part 29 in which the connection part of the wire end 22s and a lead wire is housed, and a hook-shaped engaging part 34 which engages the lead wire so as not to be detached are formed on the flange 24 on the winding start side of a coil 22. A draw-out groove 28 through which a wire end on a winding end side is drawn out, a square-cylindrical housing part 30 in which the connection part of the wire end and a lead wire is housed, a hook-shaped engaging part 34 which engages the lead wire so as not to be detached and a loosening preventing part 36, which prevents the coil 22 wound on the winding barrel 23 from loosening are formed on the flange 25 on the winding end side of the coil 22. A coil bobbin 21 is constituted of the winding barrel 23 and the flanges 24 and 25.
