PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a speaker driving device and a sound device which can prevent an abnormal sound from being generated by easily suppressing the vibration of a speaker cabinet. SOLUTION: A speaker driving device 5 has a signal level attenuator 2 and an output amplifier 3. The signal level attenuator 2 is a band-attenuation filter having a zero point at a frequency where a speaker cabinet 6 provided with a speaker 4 vibrates unnecessarily to generate an abnormal sound. This speaker driving device 5 receives an audio signal from an input terminal 1 and the signal level attenuator 2 attenuates the signal level of the natural frequency band corresponding to the frequency at which the speaker cabinet 6 generates the unnecessary vibration. Then this attenuated output signal is amplified by an output amplifier 3 and outputted as a driving signal to the speaker 4.
