摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve charge-discharge performance and to restrain the incidence of a short circuit by providing a porous polymer electrolyte in the insides and on the surfaces of a positive electrode and a negative electrode and by setting the thickness of the porous polymer electrolyte on each of the surfaces of the electrodes to a specific value or less. SOLUTION: When a porous polymer electrolyte is provided for the inside of a positive electrode in the manufacturing process of the positive electrode, in the case that the electrolyte is present in the spaces among active material particles on the outermost layer of the positive electrode, the porous polymer electrolyte is continuously present from the parts among the active material particles inside the positive electrode through the surface of the positive electrode by providing the electrolyte on the surface of the positive electrode. Therefore, since the spaces among the active material particles on the outermost layer of the positive electrode are embedded by the porous polymer electrolyte, and the peeling off of the active material in assembling a battery is eliminated, the short circuit of a separator can be prevented. In this case, the thickness of the porous polymer electrolyte provided on the surface of the electrode is set to 8 μm or less.
