PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To omit dialing of a secret code of a subscriber by allowing a requesting subscriber to use a communication system based on the status of a prepaid service accounting account that is related to the subscriber who transmitted a service request. SOLUTION: A subscriber device 200, desiring the prepaid service, performs the previous payment to a customer service center(CSC) 220 for a prescribed service time and receives a secret code and an identifier. The CSC 220 produces a data base which includes the prepaid service accounting data 226 in relation to the identifier. Receiving a service request from the device 200, the CSC 220 allows the device 200 to use a series of systems, based on the status of the data 226. Thus, the device 200 can use the systems, as long as the data 226 remain, without using its secret code.
