PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ticket issuing device capable of feeding rolled paper to a prescribed position after correcting slippage when the rolled paper is deviated from the prescribed position. SOLUTION: This device is provided with a conveyer roller 3 for pulling rolled paper 1 for a prescribed quantity out of the roll part thereof and conveying it, a cutter 6 for cutting the rolled paper 21 conveyed by this conveyer roller 3, a printing part 9 for printing information on the rolled paper 1 cut by this cutter 6, a detection sensor 12 for detecting the deviation when the rolled paper 1 is deviated from the prescribed position and a control means for pulling back the rolled paper 1 by rotating the conveyer roller 1 backward, afterwards, conveying the rolled paper again and feeding it to the prescribed position when the deviation of the rolled paper l is detected by this detection sensor 12.
