PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a torque fluctuation absorbing damper which is excellent in durability of a damper rubber and a coupling rubber, and can suppress generation of noises. SOLUTION: A dynamic vibration absorbing part 2 has a circular mass 21 connected to a hub 1 through a damper rubber 22 in a circumferentially and relatively displaceable manner. A coupling part 5 in which a pulley main body 4 arranged on an outer peripheral side of the circular mass 21 through a bearing 3 is elastically connected to the circular mass 21 at their front sides through a coupling rubber 51. The damper rubber 22 is diametrally pre-compressed through a sleeve 6 press-fitted to the hub 1 or the circular mass 21. The damper rubber 22 is vulcanizingly bonded across opposed peripheral surfaces of the hub 1 and a base 61 of the sleeve 6 arranged on the outer peripheral side of the hub 1 and to that the circular mass 21 is press-fitted. The coupling rubber 51 is vulcanizingly bonded across opposed peripheral surfaces of the pulley main body 4 and a coupling attaching part 62 of the sleeve 6 projected from an inner periphery of the circular mass 21 to the front side. It has a continuous curved part 51c in a circumferential direction.
