PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a radial anisotropic magnet molding device having a high magnetic performance by strengthen a radial magnetic field in a mold. SOLUTION: A mold 11 is constituted of a ring shape dice 13, upper and lower core rods 14b and 14a inserted into a hole part of the dice 13, and upper and lower punches 15b and 15a inserted into a gap between the dice 13 and the upper and the lower rods 14b and 14a. Additionally, upper and lower coils 12b and 12a are provided by facing at the upper and lower portions of the dice 13 and a dice coil 24 which is wound over the dice 13, and the periphery is piled in the dice 13 by spacing at same intervals in the peripheral direction of the dice 13. A current is supplied to the upper and the lower coils 12b, 12a and the dice coil 24, a magnetic field is so generated as N pole to be formed at the terminal parts of the upper and the lower core rods 14b and 14a, and as S pole at the terminal of a yoke 23 and magnetic powder M which is made radial distribution in a cavity is compressed and molded by the upper and the lower punches 15b and 15a.
