PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the load of a microcomputer in a cooling/heating control part and to decrease the number of wiring from a control board. SOLUTION: Microcomputers 5 having communication functions are provided inside respective plural fan motors 1-4 arranged inside the cabinet of an automatic vending machine. Then, these microcomputers 5 control the operation of the respective fan motors 1-4 by receiving the instruction of rotation speed, forward/backward rotation and ON/OFF through communication from a microcomputer 6 composing of a control part partially charging the control of the fan motors 1-4 in the automatic vending machine. Besides, the microcomputers 5 in the respective fan motors can detect the conditions in the respective fan motors 1-4 and can inform the microcomputer 6 of these conditions as well.
