PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically prepare illustrated reference book data even without keying the supplement data of photographing conditions or the like and further to provide the prepared illustrated reference book data for the utilization of the other person as well. SOLUTION: An observer photographs an object with an image input means 111 of a camera or microscope. At such a time, a clock and various sensors for temperature, position, camera magnification and the azimuth of the camera or the like are previously attached to the image input means 111. At the time of photographing, these various conditions are preserved while being set with image data. Then, collected data are made into one file and transmitted through a communication network 2 such as internet to an information center 3 by a file transmitting part 18. In the information center 3, a reception number is applied to the received file and this file is registered in the center and disclosed as cyber-illustrated reference book collection data 4.
