PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To fix a corrugated pipe on a collar member to prevent its coming off and connect them without a play. SOLUTION: An annular groove 6 is provided in a predetermined section of inner periphery of a collar member 4, a recessed part 3 in a predetermined section of corrugated pipes 1, 1 to be inserted into the collar member 4 is made to coincide with the annular groove 6 of the collar member 4, a locking ring 9 having S-shaped cross section is provided therebetween, and inner and outer periphery plate spring parts 10, 10 of the locking ring 9 are engaged between the annular groove 6 of the collar member 4 and the recessed part 3 of the pipe 1 to prop them up.
