PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce template preparing labor and also time needed for template preparation. SOLUTION: The position and size of an image to be segmented as a template from a sample image of an object to be identified are temporarily defined to find an image for template preparation, and also a template of a similar object whose position and size are the same as those of an image to be segmented as a template from a sample image of a similar object resembling to an object being different from the object to be identified is found (step S4 and S5), and a matching operation of an image for template preparation is performed to calculate inter-temperate similarity (step S6). Here, in the case the similarity is larger than a preliminarily defined value, the position and size of an image to be segmented as a template are set again, and when similarity is equal to or less than the preliminarily defined value, the image for template preparation is decided as a adoptable as a normal template (step S7). |
