PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable large power output without using a linear amplifier in a transmission front end controlling the amplitude of a carrier with baseband data. SOLUTION: A filter 11 eliminates a high frequency component from baseband data Sb and gives the baseband data to a large power modulator 12. The modulator 12 performs modulation controlling the amplitude of a carrier Sc with given baseband data S11 and generates a signal S12 to be modulated which is amplified with requested power. The high-order wave component of the carrier Sc in the signal S12 is eliminated by a filter 13, and the filter 13 outputs transmission data S13 of the requested power.
