PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To execute an oscillation of high stability and high C/N. SOLUTION: A feedback oscillation circuit 11 is constituted of an amplification means 11a and a first surface acoustic wave(SAW) resonator 11b. The output of the first SAW resonator 11b is inputted/fed back to the input of the amplification means 11a and an oscillation frequency is outputted. A second SAW resonator 12 is connected to the amplification means 11a and an oscillation possible frequency is limited. It is desirable that the frequency whose gain becomes larger than '1' is limited to a specified one in the second SAW resonator 12.
