PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To discharge rainwater or dust out of the frame which penetrated inside along with the cooling wind sucked inside a frame. SOLUTION: A ventilating fan 26 is arranged on the side of a first cover 12, and a suction port 12a is arranged closer to the side of a rotary shaft 22 than to the vane 27b of a ventilating fan 27, and an auxiliary fan 28 for discharging the air within the frame 14 from each exhaust port 11a and 13a is coupled directly with the side of the second cover 13 of the rotary shaft 22 with a rotor 25 in between.
