PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To store a proper amount of heat by utilizing late-night power while storing heat by the control of a peculiar heat-storing control part. SOLUTION: A heat-storing device 1 for storing heat by the control of a peculiar heat-storing control part 4 is provided with a heat-storing part 2, a cooling part 3, and a heat-storing control part 4. The heat-storing control part 4 is provided with a heat storage reference time-setting means 5 for setting the heat storage reference time of each heat storage process in a heat storage cycle, a solid heat storage material temperature-detecting means 6, a target heat storage temperature operation part 7 for calculating a target heat storage temperature for a next heat storage process to be reached at setting heat storage completion time according to the temperature of remaining heat at the heat storage reference time of a solid heat-storing material, and a conduction control part 8 for starting the conduction to the heat-storing part 2 so that the heat storage temperature of the solid heat-storing material can reach the target heat storage temperature when setting heat storage is completed and for stopping conduction to the heat-storing part 2 when the setting heat storage is completed.
