The device is mounted at the level of mouth-contact nozzle carried by user, and comprises a channel (1) open at both ends (2,3) and colinear with the respiration nozzle, which can be sleeve-connected to the channel. There is a mechanism for triggering electric control signals by respiration action. The first end (2) is applied directly by the mouth of the user. The second end (3) is also open to allow inhaling and exhaling. The triggering means comprise mechanical elements and an electronic circuit, with a blade (5) and an optical coupler (8), to create control signals to start the electrical apparatus. The mechanical elements comprise at least one blade (4) articulated on axis (6) perpendicular to the channel axis (7), where the blade remains in the space of channel (1) in absence of respiration, and a second blade (5) articulated on the same axis so that the angle between blades remains constant, e.g. 150-160 degrees. The role of the second blade is to close the electronic circuit for the generation of control signals. The mechanical elements also comprise a rebounding element for the return to a stationary position where the first blade (4) is in the space of channel (1); in particular, the rebounding element is in the form of a spring or counter-weight (9) articulated on the same axis (6). The second blade (5) is mounted so as to cut an optical beam inducing the control signal. In the second embodiment, the device contains two optical couplers positioned on both sides of the equilibrium position of the second blade for cutting the optical beam both in the periods of inhaling and breathing out. The electronic circuit can comprise a magnetic receiver triggering the control signal by passage of the second blade (5), also equipped with a magnetic sensor, through the magnetic field of the receiver.
