PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To confirm images of characters, symbols, figures, or the like by vision while inputting speech or listening to outputted speech. SOLUTION: A CPU 17 reads character font data for displaying allocated speech block numbers from a ROM 18, expands this on a display data area on a RAM 19, produces an image data, and then supplies it to a projector 16. Also, the CPU 17 resets an unillustrated counter indicating recording time and starts counting. At this point, a projector 16 projects an image of the speech block number based upon the image data supplied from the RAM 19 on a wall, desk, palm, or the like.
