PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the sizes of ap HST and a multistage transmission, in a transmission for running having the HST and the multistage transmission. SOLUTION: This transmission comprises an HST 20 to input a part of a power from a drive source 100, a multistage transmission 40 consisting of a drive shaft to input a part of a power from the drive source 100 and a drive shaft disposed in parallel to the drive shaft and executing a multistage converter drive position between two shafts, a sun gear 31 coupled to the output of the HST, a carrier 34 coupled to the driven shaft, a planetary gear 32 epgaged with the sun gear and revolving following rotation of the carrier, planetary gear device 30 having an outer ring body 33 on which an internal tooth gear engaged with the planetary gear is mounted.
